CJ23B-ABB Three Position Mechanism
CJ23B-ABB three-station electric operating mechanism is a dual-motor three-station mechanism designed according to the special requirements of ABB according to the principle of CJ23 motion. The structure is small (only 125mm thick) and compact, with the output shaft biased to one side. It can be used for ZF□-126GIS and the closing and breaking of disconnectors, grounding switches and load switches with the required torque corresponding.
This mechanism is a three-station mechanism, and one mechanism can operate an isolation switch and a grounding switch, so as to realize the functions of closing and opening of the isolation switch and closing and opening of the grounding switch. The mechanism has two operation modes at the same time: manual and electric.
Through the forward and reverse function of dual motors, this mechanism uses the transmission of mechanical clutch, worm gear and worm and crank sheave to ensure the opening and closing position and output angle, and can fine-tune the output angle through the mechanical clutch and magnetic blowing switch.
Technical Parameters

3. The rated voltage dividing and closing time ≤ 1.5s.

4. Use CSK type magnetic blow switch. The current that can be continuously passed through the contact is 10A at AC220V and 3A at DC220V.

5. Use the F10 type auxiliary switch. Normally, it is four 8 open and 8 closed auxiliary switches (can be increased according to user requirements).

6. The secondary connector is an imported industrial connector, the protection level can reach IP68 level, and a mechanism is conventionally equipped with two 64-core industrial connectors and one 6-core industrial connector. There are several types of secondary industrial connectors, such as 24-pin, 32-pin, and 46-pin.
