HYJ4A Electric Operating Mechanism
HYJ4A electric operating mechanism is a large-angle, wide-output angle two-station mechanism designed for 126kV and 252kV double-break disconnectors, with an output angle in the range of 45 degrees to 510 degrees, and the mechanism is designed with a flat structure, which is very suitable for the isolation grounding switch of various enclosed combination electrical appliances.
Through the forward and reverse rotation function of the motor, this mechanism uses the transmission of mechanical clutch and worm gear to ensure the opening and closing position and output angle, and can fine-tune the output angle through the limiting screw of the clutch device. The mechanism has two operation modes at the same time: manual and electric.

5. With the CSK type magnetic blow switch, the current that can be continuously passed through the contact is 10A at AC220V and 3A at DC220V.

6. Using F10 auxiliary switch, it is 10 open and 10 closed in normal time, and can reach 20 open and 20 closed at most. The continuous current that can be passed through the contact is 10A at AC220V and 5A at DC220V.

7. The secondary connector is an imported industrial connector, and the protection level of the outdoor mechanism can reach IP68 level, and a mechanism can also be equipped with two or three industrial connectors with a 46-core industrial connector. There are several types of secondary industrial connectors, such as 24-pin, 32-pin, and 46-pin.
