The HYJ4F operating mechanism can be used for closing and breaking ZF10-126, ZF1-252 and the isolation switch, grounding switch and load switch with the required torque equivalent. Through the forward and reverse rotation function of the motor, the mechanism uses the clutch and worm gear transmission to ensure the opening and closing position and output angle, and the mechanism has two functions of manual and electric at the same time.
1. The output angle of this mechanism is 720±2° (can be customized according to user requirements).
2. Output torque: 128N.m. Institutional divisions (integrations) are already in place.
3. Rated voltage dividing and closing time≤ 3S.
4. Use CSK type magnetic blow switch. The current that can be continuously passed through the contact is 10A at AC220V and 3A at DC220V.
5. Use the F10 type auxiliary switch. Normally, it is a 14 open and 14 closed auxiliary switch.
6. The secondary connector is an imported industrial connector, the protection level can reach IP68 level, and one mechanism is conventionally equipped with two 46-core industrial connectors.
There are several types of secondary industrial connectors, such as 6 pins, 32 pins, and 46 pins.
