CJ23-GIS Three-station Operating Mechanism
The C23 three-station operating mechanism can be used for closing and breaking ZF port-126, ZF port-252GIS and the isolation switch, grounding switch and load switch with the required torque equivalent. Mainly used for 252kV three-station switch, this mechanism is a three-station mechanism, a mechanism can operate an isolation switch and a grounding switch, to achieve the function of isolating switch closing, opening and grounding switch closing, and the manual operation hole of the isolating switch and the grounding switch has mechanical locking. The mechanism has two operation modes at the same time, manual and electric. The output torque of the mechanism is large and the speed is fast.
Through the forward and reverse function of dual motors, this mechanism uses the transmission of mechanical clutch, worm gear and worm and crank sheave to ensure the opening and closing position and output angle, and can fine-tune the output angle through the mechanical clutch and magnetic blowing switch.

5. With the CSK type magnetic blow switch, the current that can be continuously passed through the contact is 10A at AC220V and 3A at DC220V.

6. Use F10 auxiliary switch, usually two 8 open and 8 closed auxiliary switches.

7. The secondary connector is an imported industrial connector, the protection level can reach IP68 level, and one mechanism is conventionally equipped with two 32-core and 46-core industrial connectors. There are several types of secondary industrial connectors, such as 32-pin and 46-pin.
