The HYJ4D operating mechanism can be used for closing and breaking 550kV GIS isolation, grounding switch and isolation switch, grounding switch and load switch with the required torque equivalent. This mechanism is an electric mechanism, and the mechanism has two functions of manual and electric at the same time. Through the forward and reverse rotation function of the motor, the mechanism uses the transmission of mechanical clutch and worm gear to ensure the opening and closing position and output angle, and can fine-tune the output angle through the eccentric wheel and magnetic blowing switch.
1. The output angle of this mechanism is ±60° (can be customized according to user requirements).
2. Output torque: 290N.m.
3. Rated voltage dividing and closing time≤ 4S.
4. Use CSK type magnetic blow switch. The current that can be continuously passed through the contact is 10A at AC220V and 3A at DC220V.
5. Use F14 type auxiliary switch. Normally, it is a 14 open and 14 closed auxiliary switch, and a 6 open and 6 closed auxiliary switch.
6. The secondary connector is an imported industrial connector, and the industrial connector is in the mechanism, without a cover base, and only equipped with tolerance female plug.
